SPRING VOLLEYBALL WORKOUTS

We will play on Wednesdays and Thursdays from 1:00-3:15 at Great Lakes Volleyball Center ( 579 N Oakhurst Dr, Aurora, IL 60502).  We will go for 6 weeks -- March 26 through May 1st.  We will be doing some drills, along with a lot of scrimmaging and fun games. We just want to give everyone a chance to continue to develop their skills in preparation for next season.  The cost is $75, which will go directly to renting the courts. If you are only able to attend one of the days (either Wednesdays or Thursdays), you can pay $40. If you are able to come occasionally but not make a commitment, let me know and we can work something out.

Crossroads homeschool sports program is one of the oldest and largest in the nation. Established 25 years ago it is committed to excelling in competition while developing people as athletes and believers in the Lord Jesus Christ. Many ask if we are a competitive program or a Christian program. We are both. Many homeschool families find our sports program as a great opportunity for community and athletics

We have been attending Homeschool Nationals Since 2010. Our Varsity team (18U) has had 7 Final Four Appearances and 5 National Championships (2011, 2012, 2013, 2021, 2022). Our 16U Team has had 1 Final Four Appearance, and 2 National Championship (2020, 2021). Our 14U team has had 4 Final Four Appearances, and 2 National Championships (2010 & 2020)

Who is our program for?

  • Homeschool students
  • Girls & Boys ages 10-18 (age as of 9/1/25)
  • Athletes who would like to be part of a competitive volleyball team.


When is the season?

Girls- The regular season begins in mid-August and concludes with a homeschool national tournament in Lawrence, Kansas in Mid- October.


Boys- The regular season begins in early March and will conclude with the Midwest Championships in early May

  • MAKEUP TRYOUT: WEEK OF AUGUST 4th
  • Everyone will make a team.  The purpose of the tryouts is to determine what team each athlete will be placed on.
  • For the week of 8/11, practices will be on Monday-Thursday mornings from 10:00-12:15
  • Starting 8/18 weekly practices are: Wednesdays and Thursdays - 1:00-3:15

BOys

  • Practice Location: Great Lakes Volleyball Center 579 N. Oakhurst Dr. Aurora, IL 60502
  • Beginning in  early March, practices will be on Thursdays and Fridays --  1:00-3:15.

    Registration is open! Our season goes from mid-August and concludes in late October
